Subjects Explored and Questions answered:
(1) Who will take care of me, when I cannot take care of myself;
(2) who will take care of my “stuff” when I can’t take care of it;
(3) who will get my stuff when I die?; and finally,
(4) who will tell my doctors when enough is enough, in terms of heroic life sustaining measures.

Each of these questions are answered by a different estate planning document.  It is critical to know for sure who will do these things for you when the time comes.  The goal is that by the end of the seminar, each participant will either know for sure that they have done all they can do to answer these questions, or, they will take the necessary steps to answer them soon.
